Blind buying is over.
Negotiate informed, decide with confidence.

The agent, the lawyer and the notary do their job.
None of them tells you whether the price holds, what the works will add, or how much to offer in your interest as a buyer.

€5,000A good argument can earn you an extra 2% discount on a €250,000 purchase. Think about it.

On a €250,000 property, 2 % is €5,000. That is the order of magnitude at stake in a negotiation, set against the price of a subscription.

Why InmoBuyer exists

Buying in Spain is not only about finding a property. It is about defending your decision.

  • Is the asking price consistent?
  • What negotiation margin is realistic?
  • Does the viewing confirm the price?
  • Have the essential documents been requested?
  • Are you deciding with enough perspective and confidence?

InmoBuyer adds the layer of scrutiny missing between property portals, the professionals handling the transaction, and your decision to buy.

We guide you all the way to the decision

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask us before starting.

Is it really free?
The price per m² by neighbourhood is public: no account, no email, no limit on how often you look. The asking-price range tailored to your property does ask for an email, and is free for three requests; beyond that you need an account.
Do I need to give a card?
On the Premium plan, the full 14-day trial requires no payment method: only creating your account.
Are you an estate agency?
No. We don't sell property, we don't publish listings and we take no commission from anyone. That is precisely what lets us work for the buyer.
Where do your figures come from?
Two sources: listings published on the portals, cleaned and grouped by area, type and size band; and registered transaction prices, from official sources, by postcode and municipality.
Is this a valuation?
No. It is an indicative reading of the market. A valuation is a regulated act signed by an accredited professional — we don't do that.
Why is there a gap between the asking price and the price paid?
Because a listing is an aspiration, not a transaction. In many areas, published prices sit above the prices later registered. We measure that gap area by area.
My area has no data — why?
We only show a figure above a minimum number of comparable listings. Below that, a median means nothing — we would rather say so than invent a value.
What exactly do you cover?
Second-hand flats across 14 provinces. No new builds, no developments, no houses. This will expand gradually over the coming months.
What do you do with my email?
First, to send you the personalised result you asked for. We then keep it in our database to keep you posted about the service: new features, newly covered areas, offers, and follow-up on your subscription if you take one. We don't sell emails and don't share them with anyone; the unsubscribe link is in every message and you can ask us to delete your data at any time (admin@inmobuyer.com).
I'm selling — is this useful to me?
Yes. The recommended asking price answers exactly the seller's question: what price to publish at, to avoid six months without offers and without underselling.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. And if you do nothing, the trial simply ends: with no card on file, nothing can be charged.
Does this replace my lawyer?
No. It helps you walk into their office with the right questions and a price you can argue.
Does this replace an estate agent?
No, it complements them: it lets you assess their proposals objectively, with data you can check.
